WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional strength with endurance. Each event follows the same format: 8 x 1km runs, each paired with a functional workout station (such as sled pushes, rowing, or burpees). It’s accessible to all fitness levels, with divisions for beginners through to elite athletes, making it the perfect way to test your fitness in a fun, competitive environment.
WHAT IS A HYROX CLASS?
Our proven programming prepares you for everything Hyrox throws at you. Our HYROX classes blend strength, endurance, and functional movements, all based on the HYROX race format. Sessions might include sled pushes, burpees, rowing, wall balls, or running, with workouts designed to challenge your whole body and build the skills needed for competition — or just to improve your fitness. Every class is coach-led and scalable, so whether you’re training for a HYROX event or simply want a new challenge, you’ll get a tough, fun, and supportive workout.
