STEP 1
SUBMIT YOUR DETAILS

Once you submit your details, a member of staff will be in touch to arrange your consultation at the gym!

STEP 2
ATTEND YOUR CONSULTATION

You’ll be sent a link to arrange a consultation at a time that suits you. This will be an in person chat in the gym, where we can get to know you, find out your goals, and explain how our intake process works!

STEP 3
attend your first class!

We run Beginners intakes every 6 weeks. Get in touch today to find out the dates of our next group.
