Starting something new can feel intimidating. Most people who walk through our doors say the same thing:
“I’m not fit enough.”

Here’s the truth — you don’t need to be fit to start. You just need to start.
At CrossFit KVLR, nobody is thrown into the deep end. Every movement is coached. Every workout is scaled. And every member was once new.
Your Starting Point: The 4-Week Beginner Programme
We don’t place beginners straight into full CrossFit classes. Instead, every new member starts with a clear plan.
Step 1 – Book a Free Consultation
You’ll sit down with a coach for a relaxed chat about your goals, training history and any injuries. There’s no workout on this day — just a chance to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit for you.
Step 2 – Complete Our 4-Week Beginner Programme
You’ll train in a small group and over four weeks, you’ll:
Learn the foundational movements properly
Build strength and fitness safely
Gain confidence in the gym environment
Understand how CrossFit classes run
Train alongside others who are also starting out
The programme requires a deposit to secure your place. If you continue into membership, that amount is credited toward your training.
Step 3 – Move Seamlessly Into Full Classes
By the end of the four weeks, you won’t feel like a beginner anymore.
You’ll know the movements.
You’ll understand the structure.
You’ll feel comfortable walking into any class.
From there, you can transition into full membership with continued coaching and support.
